Overview
To enable access to Radix VISO and all of its features on your network, you should ensure you employ the recommended network requirements. It is highly advised that the URLs and server ports detailed below be added to your “Allow” list, both for the Radix Device Manager as well as for the remote devices.
These recommended network requirements are in two parts:
- For the web browser side of the Radix service, and
- For the Android agent on the remote devices in your fleet.

Web Browser Side Network Requirements
Here are suggested URLs to access useful websites, and the recommended network requirements for each website:
- To access the Viso application server:
- https://*.glbth.com: Use port 443 (dynamic IP)
- https://*.visomdm.com: Use port 443 (dynamic IP)

- An IP-based geolocation API service: https://pro.ip-api.com.

Android Agent Side Network Requirements
Here is a list of recommended network requirements for the remote Android devices in your fleet:
