Radix MDM: Recommended Network Requirements

Overview

To enable access to Radix VISO and all of its features on your network, you should ensure you employ the recommended network requirements. It is highly advised that the URLs and server ports detailed below be added to your “Allow” list, both for the Radix Device Manager as well as for the remote devices.

These recommended network requirements are in two parts:

Web Browser Side Network Requirements

Here are suggested URLs to access useful websites, and the recommended network requirements for each website:

  1. To access the Viso application server:

    • https://*.glbth.com: Use port 443 (dynamic IP)
    • https://*.visomdm.com: Use port 443 (dynamic IP)
    • https://*.atvmanager.com: Use port 443 (dynamic IP)

  2. An IP-based geolocation API service: https://pro.ip-api.com.

  3. Open Street Map: https://*.tile.openstreetmap.org.

  4. Online chat: https://www.tawk.to

  5. Streaming protocol servers (2 servers):

    • WebRTC over UDP (=User Datagram Protocol):

      • IP1: 52.11.103.125
      • IP2: 34.240.200.142
    • UDP ports on both servers: 30100-40000
    • HTTPS 443

  6. Storage service: https://storage-prod.visomdm.com 
  7. Xirsys IPs as listed here 

Android Agent Side Network Requirements

Here is a list of recommended network requirements for the remote Android devices in your fleet:

  1. Viso application server:

    • https://*.glbth.com: Use port 443 (dynamic IP)
    • https://*.visomdm.com: Use port 443 (dynamic IP)
    • https://*.atvmanager.com: Use port 443 (dynamic IP)
    • https://*.apps-gpapi-oregon.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com 

  2. Push services:

    • Google FCM (= Firebase Cloud Messaging): Use ports: 5228, 5229, 5230. No specific IP
    • Viso Push Service (VPS): SSL over port 443 *.glbth.com (dynamic IP)

  3. Streaming protocol servers: https://*.glbth.com: Use port 443 (dynamic IP)

  4. Storage service: https://storage-prod.visomdm.com 
  5. Xirsys IPs as listed here
